At Suds in a Bucket Soap Co.™, your satisfaction and the quality of your handmade products are always our top priority. Because Texas summers can be extremely hot, we’ve implemented special seasonal measures to help protect your order during transit.

🌡️ Thermal Protection & Product Stability

We’ve invested in thermal packaging to help maintain stable temperatures while your order is on the way. This is the strongest protection available during high‑heat conditions.

Our handmade soaps are heat‑stable and will not melt, but some of our other natural products may be more sensitive to extreme temperatures. Please keep this in mind when ordering during peak summer heat.

If your package arrives warm, this is completely normal. You’re welcome to open the box right away, but please allow products to return to room temperature before handling to help them maintain their shape and texture.

📦 Adjusted Summer Shipping Schedule

To reduce the risk of heat exposure, we’ve updated our shipping routine during high‑temperature months:

• No weekend shipping — Orders placed after Thursday ship the following Monday to avoid sitting in hot warehouses.

• Early‑week shipping priority — We ship at the beginning of the week whenever possible to shorten transit time.

• Track & retrieve promptly — Please monitor your tracking updates and bring your package inside as soon as it arrives. Leaving boxes outdoors in extreme heat can affect product quality.

🔥 Heat‑Related Risk Acknowledgment

Once your order leaves our shop, transit temperatures are outside our control. By placing an order during summer months, you acknowledge that melting is a possible risk, and we do not offer refunds or replacements for items that melt in transit.
