Our whipped body butters are made with natural ingredients that can soften or melt during transit. This is completely normal and does not affect how your butter works.

If your butter arrives melted, simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to re‑firm. The texture may change, but the moisture and benefits stay exactly the same.

Once your order leaves our shop, transit temperatures are out of our control. By purchasing, you acknowledge that melting is a possible risk, and we do not offer refunds or replacements for products that melt in transit.

For best results, bring your package indoors as soon as it arrives and store your butter in a cool, dry place.
